The original intent was to keep the oven however I needed more space to install an Inverter and my Solar MPPT so I researched and found a 2 burner stove that was 4-5" deep and hooked that to a flexible propane line.

I thought put the painters tape of the cabinet face panel would prevent scratching but it did leave a residue and slight discoloration.

The concept of baking didn’t seem applicable so I went with a 2 burner propane stove along with utilization of the area below that unit to accomodate the addition of the Inverter and Solar MPPT unit. Of course this required a reconfiguration of the counter top.
